Abstract |
Internal Jugular phlebectasia (IJP) is an isolated saccular or fusiform dilation of internal jugular vein that is a rare congenital variation. We describe a case of a 72-year-old woman who presented with a painless pulsatile mass in the neck. Color Doppler ultrasound image clearly depicted enlarged right internal jugular vein anterior to the right internal carotid artery. |
